Last June, we raved about the Cybex line of umbrella strollers. In accordance with the CPSC, the company’s U.S. distributor has issued a recall of its Cybex Ruby, Onyx and Topaz models. The strollers’ hinge mechanism may pose a threat to a child if he places his fingertip inside the hinge.
